| Ms. Libby Neff | This is my fourth year here at The West Tennessee School for the Deaf. Prior to teaching at WTSD, I taught for 4 years at the Holy Trinity School for the Deaf in Chicago, IL. I received a BS in Education, with a teaching certificate in Deaf and Hard of Hearing from Illinois State University in Bloomington, Illinois. I love coming to work each and everyday. I look forward to the fun and excitement we have in our room each day! | |
